Harry Potter magic at Diagon Alley… London
By Helen Wright
The Diagon Alley attraction at Universal Orlando’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter is one year old this week! You may have seen we went recently and loved it
To celebrate, the theme park called in seriously crazy art creators 3D Joe and Max to confuse Harry fans at London’s King’s Cross station… Already home of the fictional Platform 9 3/4, the curious 3D street art gave onlookers a rare opportunity to ‘step’ into JK Rowling’s bonkers and magical vision of Diagon Alley without the 9hr flight to Orlando. The freakishly realistic wall mural took five days to complete and caused a quite a stir during rush hour at the busy station.
