Orlando on a budget: Black Friday’s top money-saving tip!

Whether it is your first time to Orlando or your 21st visit, setting a budget and searching for top Orlando money-saving tips and brilliant deals should be at the top of the priority list. Now is the time to step up the search for Black Friday Orlando deals, on the 29th November – aka, the best date to bag a bargain all year. You may get to save some pennies on your Christmas presents with some online offers, but when it comes to Black Friday deals, Orlando is the place where you can really save big.

Even if you are planning the holiday of a lifetime, and so no expense will be spared, saving a bit of cash on the big theme parks, like Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World and SeaWorld, means you’ll have extra pocket money to spend when you get to Florida. I love a bargain and, trust me, there are plenty of bargain ticket deals to be had for Orlando year round, you just need to know where to look and when to buy. Your timing couldn’t be better, Black Friday 2019 is prime time to get your dream trip to Orlando in the bag.

As I explain in my guide to buying Orlando park tickets, booking in advance is key. Being properly prepared, with your tickets in hand, saves you money and time when you get to Florida and choosing an authorised and respected seller means you can purchase with confidence and assurance that you are getting the real deal. This means, legitimate park passes that are authentic and properly issued.

I have been recommending Attraction Tickets Direct, a UK-based ABTA-approved agent, for a few years now and no one has ever got in touch to say they were disappointed. This is handy as they currently have a brilliant Black Friday Orlando ticket offer online this year – UNTIL MIDNIGHT ON MONDAY 2nd DECEMBER 2019 – that you don’t want to miss if you are planning a trip to Orlando in 2020.

The best news of all is that the Black Friday ticket deal is available at www.attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk NOW, because they’re actually celebrating Black November, rather than just Black Friday. Brilliant news if you are planning a dream trip to Orlando next year.

The 2019 Black Friday Florida ticket deal from Attraction Tickets Direct means if you book your Florida tickets today, you will actually get Adult Tickets at Kids’ Prices – which is kind of a big deal. This includes Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World (including the new Star Wars park), SeaWorld and Legoland Florida. It’s also valid on the Disney and Universal Combo ticket, the Orlando Freedom ticket and the mega Orlando six park Flexi ticket. Wow.

But that’s not even the whole deal. For Black Friday 2019, anyone purchasing tickets at Attraction Tickets Direct also gets free tickets to a fab UK theme park! So while you wait for the big Orlando trip to come around, you can practice screaming yourself silly on the rollercoasters at Thorpe Park, Alton Towers, Legoland Windsor and Warwick Castle*.

*There might not be any rollercoasters at Warwick Castle but there might be a few ghosts to give you a fright…

How to choose what to do in Orlando

If you’ve never been to Orlando before and have no idea where to start, our popular two-week guide to Orlando sample itinerary is a good place to start. Or, for an explanation on how tickets work and which ones are best for your party, our guide to buying Orlando theme park tickets is here.

Planning on staying at a resort hotel? Find out what the best Universal Orlando hotel is best for you with my guide to all the resorts here, including the brand new Endless Summer Surfside Inn and Suites.

We at passportstamps.uk have spent a lot of time in Orlando over the last few years and these are some of our favourite things to do:

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando

This iconic world, inside both Universal Studios and Universal’s Islands of Adventure is a quirky and colourful journey into the story of everyone’s favourite wizard. From some of our favourite rides (Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure and Escape from Gringotts), to quality theming with no stone left unturned and a few magical surprises along the way – Universal Orlando is now a must-see destination in Orlando.

Discovery Cove

Discovery Cove is so popular but due to the limited capacity it never gets over-crowded and often feels like the best kept secret in Orlando. Here you can swim with dolphins, tropical fish and stingray, relax on a sprawling beach and even go scuba diving with sharks. Surprises with a splash. Watch our video featuring Discovery Cove on our youtube channel

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Walt Disney World.

You don’t have to be a die-hard Star Wars fan to love Galaxy’s Edge. The attention to detail, character theming and interactive attractions make this part of Walt Disney World fun for all the family.
